Data center monitoring and management operation including configuration for customer sensitive data

A system comprising:

• a processor,
• a data bus coupled to the processor;
• a data center asset client module;
• and,
• a non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium being coupled to the data bus, the computer program code interacting with a plurality of computer operations and comprising instructions for performing a drift detection of a data center asset, executable by the processor and configured for:
• receiving an encrypted desired state configuration of the data center asset;
• receiving an encrypted current state configuration of the data center asset, wherein the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration are represented as graphs;
• performing a fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) analysis on the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration to determine drift detection, wherein drift detection includes identifying differences between the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration by performing isomorphic analysis on the graphs of encrypted desired state configuration and encrypted current state configuration, wherein the graphs are isomorphic, if the graphs have the same number of nodes and edges, have the same degree sequence, there exists a matching between nodes such that two nodes are connected by an edge in one graph if and only if corresponding nodes are connected by an edge in the other graph and have the same invariants;
• providing an encrypted drift detection result that includes recommended changes to configuration of the data center asset.

A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code for performing a drift detection of a data center asset, the computer program code comprising computer executable instructions configured for:

• receiving an encrypted desired state configuration of the data center asset;
• receiving an encrypted current state configuration of the data center asset, wherein the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration are represented as graphs;
• performing a fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) analysis on the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration to determine drift detection, wherein drift detection includes identifying differences between the encrypted desired state configuration and the encrypted current state configuration by performing isomorphic analysis on the graphs of encrypted desired state configuration and encrypted current state configuration, wherein the graphs are isomorphic, if the graphs have the same number of nodes and edges, have the same degree sequence, there exists a matching between nodes such that two nodes are connected by an edge in one graph if and only if corresponding nodes are connected by an edge in the other graph and have the same invariants;
• providing an encrypted drift detection result that includes recommended changes to configuration of the data center asset.
