Abstract
Provided herein are IL-2 muteins and IL-2 mutein Fc fusion molecules that preferentially expand and activate cells and are amenable to large scale production. Also provided herein are methods of making and using the compositions of the present invention.
Claims25
A human interleukin-2 (IL-2) mutein comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 97% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein said IL-2 mutein has the V91K and H16E mutations;
- and wherein said IL-2 mutein preferentially stimulates T regulatory cells relative to other T cells.
