• m represents 0, 1, or 2;

• with the provisos that:
• (1) if two geminal R4 independently represent C1-6 alkyl, then the two geminal R4, together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, optionally form a C3-6 cycloalkyl;
• (2) if any R2 represents C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 haloalkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C2-6 haloalkynyl, OC1-6 alkyl, or OC1-6 haloalkyl and R3 represents C1-6 alkyl, then R2 and R3, together with the atom(s) to which they are bonded, optionally form a 5- or 6-membered cyclyl;
• and
• (3) the compound of formula (I-A) is not ((3aS,4R,6aR)-4-((6-bromo-3-pyridazinyl)amino)hexahydrocyclopenta[c]pyrrol-2(1H)-yl)(5-methylthien-2-yl)methanone of the following formula:
