Abstract
Disclosed herein is a composition comprising a lipid nanoparticle and a double-stranded oligodeoxynucleotide (dsODN) encapsulated in the lipid nanoparticle. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the dsODN comprises two strands complementary to each other, in which the first strand comprises the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Also disclosed herein are methods of treating cancers by using the present composition.
Claims4
A composition comprising,
- a double-stranded oligodeoxynucleotide (dsODN) that inhibits binding of signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6) and histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) to cytochrome b-245 beta chain (CYBB) promotor, the dsODN comprises a first strand having a nucleotide sequence 100% identical to SEQ ID NO:3, and a second strand complementary to the first strand;
- and
- a lipid nanoparticle having a hydrophilic core and an outer lipid bilayer;
- wherein,
- the dsODN is encapsulated within the hydrophilic core of the lipid nanoparticle.
