Abstract
The invention provides seeds and plants of tomato hybrid SVTM9041 and tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds, plant parts, and tissue cultures of tomato hybrid SVTM9041 and tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029 and to methods for producing a tomato plant produced by crossing such plants with themselves or with another plant, such as a tomato plant of another genotype. The invention further relates to seeds and plants produced by such crossing. The invention further relates to plants, seeds, plant parts, and tissue cultures of tomato hybrid SVTM9041 and tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029 comprising introduced beneficial or desirable traits.
Claims27
A tomato plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202309003.
A tomato plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202309003, wherein said first set of chromosomes further comprises a transgene.
A tomato plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202309003, wherein said first set of chromosomes further comprises a single locus conversion.
A method of determining the genotype of a tomato plant comprising at least a first set of the chromosomes of tomato line PSQ-9Z21-1029, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202309003, or a progeny plant thereof, or a part thereof, the method comprising detecting at least a first polymorphism in a sample of nucleic acids from said plant, said progeny plant thereof or said part thereof.
