A novel maize variety designated X10T090 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X10T090 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X10T090 through backcrossing or genetic transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are described. Maize variety X10T090, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X10T090 are provided. Methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X10T090 and methods of using maize variety X10T090 are disclosed.

A method for producing a hybrid maize X10T090 seed further comprising a locus conversion, the method comprising crossing a first plant of maize line 1PQQS32 with a second plant of maize line 1PCEY17, representative seeds of the maize lines 1PQQS32 and 1PCEY17 having been deposited under NCMA Accession Numbers 202205180 and 202504056, respectively, wherein at least one of the maize lines 1PQQS32 and 1PCEY17 further comprises the locus conversion.
