• wherein the antibacterial compound (B1) comprises a low-molecular-weight compound represented by the following formula (b1):
• CH2═CRb1—CO—Rb6—Rb2—N+Rb3Rb4Rb5·X− (b1), or
• a compound represented by the following formula (b2):
• Xb1—Rb2—N+Rb3Rb4Rb5·X− (b2),
• wherein, in the formula (b1), Rb1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Rb2 is an alkylene group having 1 or more and 8 or less carbon atoms, Rb3, Rb4 and Rb5 are each independently an alkyl group having 1 or more and 4 or less carbon atoms or an aralkyl group having 7 or more and 10 or less carbon atoms, Rb6 is —O— or —NH—, and X is a counter anion for a quaternary ammonium cation,
• wherein, in the formula (b2), Rb2 is an alkylene group having 1 or more and 8 or less carbon atoms, Rb3, Rb4 and Rb5 are each independently an alkyl group having 1 or more and 4 or less carbon atoms or an aralkyl group having 7 or more and 10 or less carbon atoms, X is a counter anion for a quaternary ammonium cation, and Xb1 is a halogen atom, and
• wherein the base material resin (B2) is an olefin-based polymer having a constituent unit derived from an olefin having an amino group or polyethyleneimine.
