Systems and methods for therapeutic nasal treatment

A device for treating a condition within a sino-nasal cavity of a patient, the device comprising:

• a shaft comprising:
• an outer sheath comprising an encapsulated braid along a length thereof and further comprising an inner lining including a low friction polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material;
• and
• a hypotube surrounded by the outer sheath,
• wherein the hypotube comprises an array of a first set of electrodes provided along a portion thereof, and wherein the outer sheath comprises a plurality exposed portions associated with each of the first set of electrodes thereby revealing the first set of electrodes;
• and
• a retractable and expandable end effector operably associated with the shaft and comprising an array of a second set of electrodes provided thereon, wherein the second set of electrodes of the retractable and expandable end effector are configured to operate independently of the first set of electrodes of the hypotube.
