Abstract
A heating device (100) for a vehicle, includes a Printed Circuit Board (11), at least one heating element (20a,20b,20c), a bus bar (30,31) and a terminal pin (42). The Printed Circuit Board (11) is received inside a casing (12) along one bus bar (30,31). The bus bar (30,31) includes at least one bus bar terminal (30a,30b,30c,31a,31b,31c), wherein at least one bus bar terminal (30a 30b 30c 31a,31b,31c) connects a corresponding heating element (20a,20b,20c) to the Printed Circuit Board (11). The terminal pin (42) is integrally formed with at least one bus bar terminal (30a,30b,30c,31a,31b,31c) and is disposed outside the casing (12).
Claims9
A heating device for a vehicle, the heating device comprising:
- a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) received inside a casing;
- at least one heating element;
- a pair of bus bars connected to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), at least one bus bar is configured with at least one bus bar terminal adapted to at least partially extend out of the casing and adapted to facilitate connection between the at least one heating element and the Printed Circuit Board (PCB);
- and
- a terminal pin connected with the at least one bus bar terminal, wherein the terminal pin is disposed outside the casing,
- wherein the terminal pin is received inside a power connector housing disposed outside the casing, and
- wherein the power connector housing comprises at least one supporting member adapted to extend therefrom and be received inside the casing and over the bus bars.
