The carrier tape platform is used to pull the carrier tape to external equipment for processing. The deposit device includes a storage bin and a deposit assembly. The storage bin is configured to temporarily store the carrier tape and has an opening. The storage bin is configured to be mounted on the carrier tape platform to make the opening to correspond to the carrier tape. The deposit assembly includes a deposit driver and a deposit member.
