Resistor

A resistor, comprising:

• a resistor main body;
• and
• a resin portion covering the resistor main body,
• wherein the resin portion comprises a plurality of radiation fins,
• wherein the plurality of radiation fins comprises a plurality of lateral radiation fins protruded in a lateral direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the resistor main body, and a plurality of vertical radiation fins protruded in a vertical direction orthogonal to both the longitudinal direction of the resistor man body and the lateral direction, and
• wherein the plurality of the lateral radiation fins protrude from opposite sides of the resistor man body in the lateral direction, and a plurality of the vertical radiation fins protrude from only one side of the resistor man body in the vertical direction,
• wherein the plurality of vertical radiation fins comprise a first vertical radiation fin formed straight in the vertical direction, and a second vertical radiation fin comprising a base end portion along the lateral direction, and a tip end portion protruded from the base end portion from the one side in the vertical direction, and
• wherein the second vertical radiation fin is formed at a location overlapping with the plurality lateral radiation fins in the vertical direction.
