Vehicle control device

A vehicle control device comprising:

• a shut-off unit that supplies and shuts off a supply of power to a plurality of load devices;
• a current detector that detects a current flowing to the plurality of load devices;
• a temperature detector that detects a temperature of the shut-off unit;
• and
• a drive controller that, when the temperature of the shut-off unit detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined value, controls and restricts operation of any of the plurality of load devices for which a priority is low, based on priorities set for each of the plurality of load devices, and
• wherein, when the temperature of the shut-off unit exceeds the predetermined value, the drive controller provides a time difference between timings for starting and stopping the plurality of load devices according to the priorities of the plurality of load devices, a decreasing value of a drive current upon starting the plurality of load devices, and a current characteristic upon stopping the plurality of load devices.

A vehicle control device comprising:

• a shut-off unit that supplies and shuts off a supply of power to a plurality of load devices;
• a current detector that detects a current flowing to the plurality of load devices;
• a temperature detector that detects a temperature of the shut-off unit;
• and
• a drive controller that, when the temperature of the shut-off unit detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined value, controls and restricts operation of any of the plurality of load devices for which a priority is low, based on priorities set for each of the plurality of load devices, and
• wherein the drive controller calculates a future estimated startup timing of any of the plurality of load devices for which the priority is high, and stops any of the plurality of load devices for which the priority is low before the future estimated startup timing.
