Optical anti-counterfeiting element and optical anti-counterfeiting product

An optical anti-counterfeiting element, comprising:

• a substrate, wherein the substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other;
• a microstructure formation layer formed on the first surface, the microstructure formation layer comprises at least a first region, the first region comprises at least a first microstructure, the first microstructure comprises a convex portion and/or a concave portion;
• and
• an optically variable coating homomorphically covering on the first microstructure, the optically variable coating comprises a reflective layer, a dielectric layer and an absorption layer which are stacked in sequence, wherein the reflective layer or the absorption layer is in contact with the first microstructure, and the dielectric layer is obtained by coating or printing;
• a top portion of the convex portion and a bottom portion of the concave portion have a flat surface;
• a thickness of the dielectric layer at the top portion of the convex portion is different from a thickness of the dielectric layer at the bottom portion of the concave portion;
• side walls of the convex portion and the concave portion of the first microstructure are steep.
