Abstract
A safety system is shown including a vehicle, first and second platforms, a barrier positioned between and connected to the first and second platforms defining a protected work area on a side of the trailer; a detachable caboose and wherein the vehicle and caboose are engaged with the first and second platforms, and the vehicle and caboose have braking systems that operate independently.
Claims19
A safety system, comprising:
- (a) a vehicle;
- (b) first and second platforms;
- (c) a barrier connected between the first and second platforms, the barrier and first and second platforms forming a protected work space;
- and (d) a detachable caboose, wherein the vehicle is releasably engaged with the first platform and the caboose is releasably engaged with the second platform, wherein the vehicle and caboose have braking systems that operate independently.
