Abstract
There is provided a method of decoding/encoding an image. The method of the present invention includes: receiving a transform picture reference skip flag; determining whether the transform picture reference skip flag is on or off; and performing inter prediction on a current block on the basis of the transform picture reference skip flag.
Claims4
A method of decoding an image, the method comprising:
- obtaining global motion information;
- generating, on the basis of the global motion information, a warping region;
- and
- generating a corrected warping region by correcting a pixel value of the pixel within the warping region using neighboring pixels,
- wherein the pixel value of the pixel within the warping region is corrected by using the global motion information and a gradual difference between values of the different neighboring pixels adjacent to the pixel within the warping region.
A method of encoding an image, the method comprising:
- determining global motion information;
- generating, on the basis of the global motion information, a warping region;
- and
- generating a corrected warping region by correcting a pixel value of the pixel within the warping region using neighboring pixels,
- wherein the pixel value of the pixel within the warping region is corrected by using the global motion information and a gradual difference between values of the different neighboring pixels adjacent to the pixel within the warping region.
A non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing a bitstream generated by a method of encoding an image, the method comprising:
- determining global motion information;
- generating, on the basis of the global motion information, a warping region;
- and
- generating a corrected warping region by correcting a pixel value of the pixel within the warping region using neighboring pixels,
- wherein the pixel value of the pixel within the warping region is corrected by using the global motion information and a gradual difference between values of the different neighboring pixels adjacent to the pixel within the warping region.
