Once triggered, the central processor issues an instruction to discard N frames of image data in a specific frame number, where the N frames of image data in a specific frame number is image data that was previously collected and remaining in the optical information collector upon triggering, which can prevent residual image data from being decoded and outputted, causing a decoding error, thereby improving a decoding efficiency.
