Abstract
A display apparatus including a plurality of display modules each including a module substrate and a plurality of light emitting devices mounted on the module substrate, and a support substrate on which the display modules are disposed and including electrodes, in which the module substrate includes through-holes penetrating the module substrate and vias disposed in the through-holes, and the light emitting devices are electrically connected to the electrodes of the support substrate through the vias.

A display module comprising:
- a light module comprising a module substrate and a plurality of light sources disposed on the module substrate;
- and
- a drive circuit electrically connected to the light module and configured to control the plurality of light sources,
- wherein the module substrate includes:
- an upper surface on which the plurality of light sources are disposed, and a lower surface opposing the upper surface;
- a plurality of first wires disposed on the upper surface;
- a plurality of second wires disposed on the lower surface;
- a first region comprising at least one of the plurality of first wires and at least one of the plurality of light sources;
- a second region disposed on the module substrate and surrounding the first region;
- and
- holes disposed in the module substrate and vias disposed in the holes,
- wherein at least one of the holes and vias is disposed on the second region,
- wherein at least one of the plurality of second wires is disposed on a region corresponding to the second region, and
- wherein at least one of the plurality of second wires is disposed on a region corresponding to the first region.

- a light module comprising a module substrate and a plurality of light sources disposed on the module substrate;
