Abstract
A provider system includes one or more processors and non-transitory computer-readable media comprising instruction stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive, from an automated teller machine (ATM), deposit information corresponding to an interaction between a customer and the ATM, extract an event indicator value from the received deposit information, process the event indicator value, determine an event indicator trend for the ATM, and determine, based on the event indicator trend, a service condition of the ATM.
Claims16
A provider system comprising:
- one or more processors and non-transitory computer-readable media comprising instruction stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- receiving, from an automated teller machine (ATM), deposit information corresponding to an interaction between a customer and the ATM;
- extracting an event indicator value from the received deposit information, wherein the event indicator value indicates that at least one of a deposit amount was keyed-in voluntarily by the customer, the deposit amount was keyed-in responsive to a prompt from the ATM, or the deposit amount was not keyed-in;
- processing the event indicator value;
- determining an event indicator trend for the ATM;
- and
- determining, based on the event indicator trend, a service condition of the ATM.
A method comprising:
- receiving, by one or more processors of a provider computing system from an automated teller machine (ATM), deposit information corresponding to an interaction between a customer and the ATM;
- extracting, by the one or more processors, an event indicator value from the received deposit information, wherein the event indicator value indicates that at least one of a deposit amount was keyed-in voluntarily by the customer, the deposit amount was keyed-in responsive to a prompt from the ATM, or the deposit amount was not keyed-in;
- processing, by the one or more processors, the event indicator value;
- determining, by the one or more processors, an event indicator trend for the ATM;
- and
- determining, by the one or more processors, based on the event indicator trend, a service condition of the ATM.
An automated teller machine (ATM) comprising:
- one or more processors and non-transitory computer-readable media comprising instruction stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- extracting an event indicator value from received deposit information corresponding to an interaction between a customer and the ATM, wherein the event indicator value indicates that at least one of a deposit amount was keyed-in voluntarily by the customer, the deposit amount was keyed-in responsive to a prompt from the ATM, or the deposit amount was not keyed-in;
- processing the event indicator value;
- determining an event indicator trend for the ATM;
- determining, based on the event indicator trend, a service condition of the ATM;
- and
- transmitting the service condition of the ATM to a provider computing system associated with the ATM.
