3D radiomic platform for imaging biomarker development

A computer-implemented method to analyze medical image data of a new subject, the method comprising:

• obtaining, using one or more processors, a first three-dimensional (3D) model of medical image data of the new subject corresponding to a first time period before a therapy;
• obtaining, using one or more processors, a second 3D model of medical image data of the new subject corresponding to a second time period after the first time period and associated with the therapy;
• comparing, using the one or more processors, the first 3D model to the second 3D model, wherein the comparing includes:
• (1) generating data indicating changes in 3D radiomic features between the first time period and the second time period, and
• (2) determining changes in one or more integrated radiomic-based indicators between the first time period and the second time period, the one or more integrated radiomic-based indicators including a plurality of associations of the new subject between the 3D radiomic features and one or more of clinical data and molecular data;
• and
• generating, by comparing the associations of the new subject to a plurality of associations of a cohort of different subjects, at least one of treatment response data, diagnostic data or prognostic data.
