Systems and methods for posture-based modeling

A method of protecting data, the method comprising:

• receiving, by one or more processing circuits via a vendor security tool application, a cybersecurity insurance request from an entity, the cybersecurity insurance request comprising entity data of the entity;
• determining, by the one or more processing circuits a cybersecurity posture with proof based on the entity data, the proof comprising one or more digital signatures and authenticated cybersecurity data;
• determining, by the one or more processing circuits utilizing one or more insurance parameters, at least one cybersecurity insurance plan corresponding to a cybersecurity attribute to protect the entity based on the cybersecurity posture with the proof, wherein determining the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan comprises using one or more tokens corresponding to a verified or authenticated state of the cybersecurity posture of the entity, wherein the one or more tokens correspond to at least one digital representation of the cybersecurity posture or compliance of the entity with one or more cybersecurity measures, technologies, or configurations;
• providing, by the one or more processing circuits via the vendor security tool application of an entity computing system of the entity, the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan comprising at least one selectable element;
• receiving, by the one or more processing circuits from the vendor security tool application, an acceptance of the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan;
• and
• recording, by the one or more processing circuits, the acceptance with the proof embedded comprising the cybersecurity attribute and the accepted cybersecurity insurance plan in a compliance dataset.

A non-transitory computer readable medium (CRM) comprising one or more instructions stored thereon and executable by one or more processors to:

• receive, via a vendor security tool application, a cybersecurity insurance request from an entity, the cybersecurity insurance request comprising entity data of the entity;
• determine a cybersecurity posture with proof based on the entity data, the proof comprising one or more digital signatures and authenticated cybersecurity data;
• determine, utilizing one or more insurance parameters, at least one cybersecurity insurance plan corresponding to a cybersecurity attribute to protect the entity based on the cybersecurity posture with the proof, wherein determining the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan comprises using one or more tokens corresponding to a verified or authenticated state of the cybersecurity posture of the entity, wherein the one or more tokens correspond to at least one digital representation of the cybersecurity posture or compliance of the entity with one or more cybersecurity measures, technologies, or configurations;
• provide, via the vendor security tool application of an entity computing system of the entity, the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan comprising at least one selectable element;
• receive, from the vendor security tool application, an acceptance of the at least one cybersecurity insurance plan;
• and
• record the acceptance with the proof embedded comprising the cybersecurity attribute and the accepted cybersecurity insurance plan in a compliance dataset.
