A kappa opioid receptor peptide ligand of Formula (I) or a salt thereof:
- A1-A2-A3-A4-B Formula (I),
- wherein A1 is D-phenylalanine, A2 is D-phenylalanine, A3 is D-leucine, A4 is D-lysine, and B is selected from the group consisting of:
