Grommet assembly and wire harness

A wire harness comprising:

• a wiring material having electrical conductivity;
• and
• a grommet assembly disposed on the wiring material, wherein
• the grommet assembly includes:
• a grommet through which the wiring material is inserted, that is attached to a through hole formed on a panel for a vehicle;
• an inner member that is arranged on an opposite side of the panel for the vehicle with respect to the grommet, and supported by the grommet;
• and
• a protector through which the wiring material is inserted that is attached to the panel for the vehicle while covering the grommet and the inner member,
• the grommet includes a supporting part that supports the inner member, and
• the supporting part includes a first extending part that extends from an outer side toward an inner side in a radial direction to be held between the inner member and the protector, and a second extending part that extends in an axial direction while being bent from the first extending part to be held between the inner member and the protector.
