Abstract
A novel maize variety designated 1PRBA00 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are provided. Methods for producing a maize plant comprise crossing maize variety 1PRBA00 with another maize plant are provided. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into 1PRBA00 through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are provided. Hybrid maize seed, plants or plant parts are produced by crossing the variety 1PRBA00 or a locus conversion of 1PRBA00 with another maize variety.
Claims20
A seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of maize line 1PRBA00, representative seed of the maize line 1PRBA00 having been deposited under NCMA accession number 202207049.
A converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell obtained from maize line 1PRBA00, representative seed of the maize line 1PRBA00 having been deposited under NCMA accession number 202207049, wherein the converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell comprises a locus conversion, and wherein the plant or a plant grown from the converted seed, plant part or plant cell comprises the locus conversion and otherwise comprises all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of maize line 1PRBA00 when grown under the same environmental conditions.
An F1 hybrid seed produced by crossing a converted plant or plant part obtained from maize line 1PRBA00, representative seed of the line having been deposited under NCMA accession number 202207049 with a different maize plant, wherein the converted plant or plant part comprises a transgene that is inherited by the F1 hybrid seed, wherein the transgene was introduced into a seed, plant, plant part or plant cell of inbred maize line 1PRBA00 by (i) backcrossing to otherwise recover all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of maize line 1PRBA00 or (ii) genetic transformation.
