A device for production of stuffing product, comprising a product guide means, a product drive means along a drive axis (Y), and a means of crumpling the product, where the means of crumpling the product is designed to be alternatively, by a back-and-forth motion, in a position that constrains the product and a release position of the product, the release position is a retracted position, a withdrawn position of the means of crumpling, wherein the back-and-forth motion of the means of crumpling the product is controlled by a control cell.
