Provided are organometallic compounds. Also provided are formulations comprising these organometallic compounds. Further provided are OLEDs and related consumer products that utilize both a disclosed compound and a Pt complex compound.

A compound having the formula:
- wherein X5-X20 are each independently C or N;
- each of R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 is independently a hydrogen or a substituent selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, boryl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carboxylic acid, ether, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof;
- and
- wherein R10 is a substituted biphenyl;
- wherein the substituted biphenyl is substituted with at least one carbazole.

An organic light emitting device (OLED) comprising:
- an anode;
- a cathode;
- and
- an emissive layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, the emissive layer comprising a host compound,
- wherein the host compound has the formula of
- wherein X5-X20 are each independently C or N;
- each of R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 is independently a hydrogen or a substituent selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, boryl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carboxylic acid, ether, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof;
- and
- wherein R10 is a substituted biphenyl;
- wherein the substituted biphenyl is substituted with at least one carbazole.

A consumer product comprising an organic light emitting device (OLED) comprising:
- an anode;
- a cathode;
- and
- an emissive layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, the emissive layer comprising a host compound, wherein the host compound has the formula of

- wherein R10 is a substituted biphenyl;
