Abstract
A wireless device may receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters for one or more unlicensed cells. The wireless device may selectively monitor a downlink physical control channel (PDCCH) on one of the unlicensed cells, depending on whether there is an uplink transmission or downlink transmission on another unlicensed cell.

A method comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless device, one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters for a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) comprising a first SCell and a second SCell;
- transmitting, during a time duration and via the second SCell, an uplink transmission;
- and
- based on the uplink transmission and until at least an end of the uplink transmission, not monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) during the time duration for the first SCell.

- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, configure the wireless device to:
- receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters for a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) comprising a first SCell and a second SCell;
- transmit, during a time duration and via the second SCell, an uplink transmission;
- and
- based on the uplink transmission and until at least an end of the uplink transmission, not monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) during the time duration for the first SCell.
