Abstract

A power supply system includes a first power supply apparatus configured to perform power transmission by an electromagnetic wave having a first frequency band, and a second power supply apparatus configured to perform power transmission by an electromagnetic wave having a second frequency band. The first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus are provided so as to be 2H×{tan(θ)} or greater distant from each other, when each of the first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus is provided in height H from a floor surface, where H is a positive number, and when a direction of a maximum value ±3 dB is in a range from −θ to +θ in a case where a perpendicular downward direction from each position is a standard.

Dependent claims

A power supply system comprising:

a first power supply apparatus configured to perform power transmission by an electromagnetic wave having a first frequency band;
and
a second power supply apparatus configured to perform power transmission by an electromagnetic wave having a second frequency band,
wherein:
each of the first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus is provided at a height H from a floor surface, where H is a positive number,
the first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus are provided so as to be separated from each other by a distance of at least 2H×{tan (θ)}, where θ is an angle between a perpendicular downward direction from one of the first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus and a first direction, and
each of the first power supply apparatus and the second power supply apparatus is configured to perform the power transmission such that a maximum value of −3 dB is transmitted in the first direction.
