Data transmission method, network device, and terminal device

A communication apparatus for transmission of a first data, comprising:

• at least one processor configured with processor-executable instructions to perform operations comprising:
• determining a signal structure of an uplink signal is a first signal structure or a second signal structure when the communication apparatus is in an out-of-synchronization state and a first data is to be sent, wherein the first signal structure comprises a first random access preamble sequence, wherein the second signal structure comprises a second random access preamble sequence, a pilot sequence and the first data, and wherein a first time-frequency domain resource for transmitting the second random access preamble sequence and a second time-frequency domain resource for transmitting the first data are inconsecutive in a time domain;
• determining the signal structure of the uplink signal is a third signal structure when the communication apparatus is in a synchronization state and the first data is to be sent, wherein the third signal structure comprises the pilot sequence and the first data;
• and
• sending the uplink signal based on the signal structure of the uplink signal.

A non-transitory computer storage medium, storing computer instructions that, when executed by a communication apparatus, cause the communication apparatus to perform operations, comprising:

• determining a signal structure of an uplink signal is a first signal structure or a second signal structure when the communication apparatus is in an out-of-synchronization state and a first data is to be sent, wherein the first signal structure comprises a first random access preamble sequence, wherein the second signal structure comprises a second random access preamble sequence, a pilot sequence and the first data, and wherein a first time-frequency domain resource for transmitting the second random access preamble sequence and a second time-frequency domain resource for transmitting the first data are inconsecutive in a time domain;
• determining the signal structure of the uplink signal is a third signal structure when the communication apparatus is in a synchronization state and the first data is to be sent, wherein the third signal structure comprises the pilot sequence and the first data;
• and
• sending the uplink signal based on the signal structure of the uplink signal.
