• where, if the messages are informational, they can cause one or a plurality of actions selected from the group consisting of audio, light output, vibration, visual display, text, text with indication of originating position based on GPS coordinates, e-mail, e-mail with indication originating positions based on GPS coordinates, images, binary, custom operated actuator, operate robots, and custom messaging,
• where message actions by the ECM Appliance are triggered by one or a plurality of factors selected from the group consisting of time, location, instruction, AI, and meeting criteria in an analyzed data stream,

• where messages to targets are selected from the group consisting of relayed and not relayed.
