Layered electrode body and bonding device for layered electrode body

An adhesion device for a layered electrode assembly, the adhesion device comprising:

• a holding unit, being a first rotational drum directly supported on a first support, configured to hold a separator single plate while rotating;
• and
• an electrode plate adhesion unit, directly supported on a second support and disposed opposite the first rotational drum, configured to sequentially press and adhere an electrode plate of a quadrangular shape over the separator single plate, wherein
• the electrode plate adhesion unit presses the electrode plate of the quadrangular shape over the separator single plate while compensating for a variation in distance between the first support and the second support.

An adhesion device for a layered electrode assembly, the adhesion device comprising:

• a holding unit that holds a separator single plate and that rotates;
• and
• an electrode plate adhesion unit that sequentially presses and adheres an electrode plate of a quadrangular shape over the separator single plate, wherein
• the electrode plate adhesion unit presses the electrode plate of the quadrangular shape over the separator single plate while compensating for a distance variation caused between the electrode plate adhesion unit and the holding unit,
• wherein
• the holding unit is a first rotational drum,
• the electrode plate adhesion unit is a second rotational drum,
• one of a support of the first rotational drum or a support of the second rotational drum comprises a coil spring, a drum rotation pivot, and a motor, and
• flexure of the coil spring caused by swinging around the drum rotation pivot due to a rotation of the first rotational drum or of the second rotational drum is suppressed by driving of the motor.

An adhesion device for a layered electrode assembly, the adhesion device comprising:

• a holding unit that holds a separator single plate and that rotates;
• and
• an electrode plate adhesion unit that sequentially presses and adheres an electrode plate of a quadrangular shape over the separator single plate, wherein
• the electrode plate adhesion unit presses the electrode plate of the quadrangular shape over the separator single plate while compensating for a distance variation caused between the electrode plate adhesion unit and the holding unit,
• wherein
• the electrode plate adhesion unit reduces or interrupts the pressing at respective ends of the electrode plate of the quadrangular shape along a longitudinal direction of the separator single plate, so as to not adhere the respective ends of the electrode plate of the quadrangular shape to the separator single plate.
