Method and system for managing data insertions

A computing device configured to implement an execution of a method for facilitating data insertion management, the computing device comprising:

• a processor;
• a memory;
• and
• a communication interface coupled to each of the processor and the memory,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• detect at least one user input, the at least one user input including at least one data insertion input;
• display, via a graphical user interface, at least one graphical element in response to the at least one user input, the at least one graphical element including a textual indicator and at least one user selectable option;
• compile data that corresponds to the at least one user input from temporary storage based on a user confirmation via the at least one user selectable option;
• retrieve, via an application programming interface, the compiled data;
• determine, by using at least one model and at least one knowledge source, whether the compiled data includes at least one noncompliant data set;
• and
• automatically initiate at least one action based on a result of the determining.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions for facilitating data insertion management, the storage medium comprising executable code which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to:

• detect at least one user input, the at least one user input including at least one data insertion input;
• display, via a graphical user interface, at least one graphical element in response to the at least one user input, the at least one graphical element including a textual indicator and at least one user selectable option;
• compile data that corresponds to the at least one user input from temporary storage based on a user confirmation via the at least one user selectable option;
• retrieve, via an application programming interface, the compiled data;
• determine, by using at least one model and at least one knowledge source, whether the compiled data includes at least one noncompliant data set;
• and
• automatically initiate at least one action based on a result of the determining.
