Computer-based workflow management tools for three-dimensional printing processes

A computer-based workflow management method for use in connection with a process for printing a physical an object with a three-dimensional printer, the workflow management method comprising:

• executing a request queue phase comprising receiving, in a request queue module operatively associated with an electronic processor, instructions for defining a request for printing the physical object;
• executing an anatomic modeling phase comprising generating, by an anatomic model module operatively associated with the processor, an anatomic three-dimensional model representing the physical object;
• executing a build phase comprising printing, by a build phase module operatively associated with the processor, the physical an object in response to the generated anatomic model;
• and
• tracking, by an administrative module operatively associated with the processor, the printed physical object of the anatomic three-dimensional model for a medical patient.
