A wavelength conversion device adapted for converting a wavelength of an illumination beam, wherein the wavelength conversion device comprises a substrate and a wavelength conversion component,

• wherein the wavelength conversion component is disposed on the substrate and comprises a wavelength conversion layer and at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements, wherein the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements are disposed on the wavelength conversion layer and protrude from the wavelength conversion layer, the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements expose part of the wavelength conversion layer, and a height of each of the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements is less than half of a distance between the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements,
• wherein the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements comprise a material the same as or different from a material of the wavelength conversion layer and if the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements comprise the material different from the material of the wavelength conversion layer, the at least two wavelength conversion turbulent elements convert the illumination beam into converted beams having wavelengths different from a converted beam converted by the wavelength conversion layer.
