Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method for proliferating or propagating undifferentiated stem cells, comprising contacting a population of stem cells with an effective amount of Ganoderma immunomodulatory protein or a recombinant thereof or a fragment thereof.

A method for proliferating or propagating undifferentiated stem cells, comprising contacting a population of stem cells with an effective amount of a Ganoderma immunomodulatory protein or an effective fragment thereof

- and
- wherein the stem cells comprise embryonic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), or tissue-specific stem cells.
