Disclosed are polymorph, crystal form III and crystal form IV of compound (S)—N-[5-[1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-4,6-dioxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-yl]acetamide.

A polymorph of compound (S)—N-[5-[1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-4,6-dioxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-yl]acetamide, having characteristic peaks at diffraction angles 2θ of about 6.5°, 14.3°, 18.7°, 19.2°, 19.6°, 23.7°, 25.8°, 26.5° and 26.9° in an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern.
Crystal form III of compound (S)—N-[5-[1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-4,6-dioxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-yl]acetamide, having characteristic peaks at diffraction angles 2θ of about 6.5°, 7.1°, 7.4°, 19.2°, 19.6°, 25.8° and 26.5° in an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern.
Crystal form IV of compound (S)—N-[5-[1-(3-ethoxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-4,6-dioxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-yl]acetamide, having characteristic peaks at diffraction angles 2θ of about 8.5°, 14.2°, 15.5°, 16.8°, 17.9°, 18.3°, 18.7°, 19.1°, 24.5° and 25.7° in an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern.
