Claims4
A method of treating a microbial infection in a patient comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a 6-[4,4-bis(4-bromophenyl)-2,5-dioxoimidazolidin-1-yl]hexanoic acid compound having the formula I:
- wherein the microbial infection is caused by one or more bacteria or fungi selected from the group consisting of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, and a combination thereof.
