A glass-ceramic article, includes at least one substrate, such as a plate, made of glass-ceramic, the substrate being coated in at least one zone with at least one layer including zirconium silicon nitride, SixZryNz, with an atomic ratio of Zr to the sum Si+Zr, y/(x+y), of 10% to 90%.

A glass-ceramic article, comprising at least one substrate made of glass-ceramic, said substrate being coated in at least one zone with at least one layer comprising zirconium silicon nitride, SixZryNz, with an atomic ratio of Zr to the sum Si+Zr, y/(x+y), of 10% to 90%, wherein a thickness of said layer is within a range extending from 200 to 5000 nm.
A glass-ceramic article, comprising at least one substrate made of glass-ceramic, said substrate being coated in at least one zone with at least one layer comprising zirconium silicon nitride, SixZryNz, with an atomic ratio of Zr to the sum Si+Zr, y/(x+y), of 10% to 90%, wherein the glass-ceramic article is a cooking device additionally comprising one or more heating elements.
