Abstract
The patch of the present invention comprises a backing layer and an adhesive layer laminated on the backing layer, wherein a water vapor transmission rate of the backing layer is 400 g/m2·24 hours or more, and the adhesive layer comprises a drug, dimethylsulfoxide and an adhesive. Such a patch does not fall off easily even after long wear.

A patch comprising:
- a backing layer;
- an adhesive layer laminated on the backing layer,
- wherein the backing layer is a monolayer,
- wherein a water vapor transmission rate of the backing layer is 2077 g/m2·24 hours or more, the adhesive layer comprises a drug, dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), and an adhesive,
- wherein the DMSO initial concentration % is 2 to 12 mass %, based on the total mass of the adhesive layer, and
- wherein the backing layer comprises one or more materials selected from the group consisting of a polyester, a polyurethane, a polyolefin, a polyamide and a cellulose.
