Abstract
There is disclosed a method of operating a network node in a New Radio, NR, radio access network. The method includes transmitting data signaling in a slot corresponding to an LTE MBSFN subframe, the data signaling being rate-matched around resource elements corresponding to resource elements according to a configuration for Cell-Reference Signaling, CRS, for LTE non-MBSFN subframes. The disclosure also pertains to related methods and devices.
Claims17
A method of operating a network node in a New Radio, NR, radio access network, the method comprising:
- transmitting data signaling in a slot corresponding to a Long Term Evolution (LTE) Multimedia Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe, the data signaling being rate-matched to not use resource elements indicated for Cell-Specific Reference signals (CRS) according to a configuration for CRS for LTE non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS indicating where CRS is located in non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS being indicated with a coexistence indication.
A non-transitory computer storage medium storing executable program instructions configured to cause processing circuitry to at least one of control perform a method, the method comprising:
- transmitting data signaling in a slot corresponding to a Long Term Evolution (LTE) Multimedia Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe, the data signaling being rate-matched to not use resource elements indicated for Cell-Specific Reference signals (CRS) according to a configuration for CRS for LTE non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS indicating where CRS is located in non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS being indicated with a coexistence indication.
A network node for a New Radio, NR, radio access network, the network node comprising processing circuitry configured to:
- transmit data signaling in a slot corresponding to a Long Term Evolution (LTE) Multimedia Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe, the data signaling being rate-matched to not use resource elements indicated for Cell-Specific Reference signals (CRS) according to a configuration for CRS for LTE non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS indicating where CRS is located in non-MBSFN subframes, the configuration for CRS being indicated with a coexistence indication.
