Conveying information via auxiliary device selection

A method comprising:

• providing a first wireless service by a device, by using one or more auxiliary devices that is/are associated with the device and is/are proximate to the device;
• providing a second wireless service by the device, by using one or more other auxiliary devices that is/are not associated with the device and is/are proximate to the device;
• providing the first wireless service by the device responsive to one or more unique identities having been associated, respectively, with the one or more auxiliary devices;
• and
• providing the second wireless service by the device absent any of said unique identities having been associated with any one of the one or more other auxiliary devices;
• wherein the first wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth protocol and an Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) Protocol;
• and
• wherein the second wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth Protocol.

A system comprising:

• one or more auxiliary devices that is/are associated with a first device and is/are configured to provide a first wireless service when proximate to the first device responsive to one or more unique identities having been associated, respectively, with the one or more auxiliary devices;
• wherein the one or more auxiliary devices is/are further configured to provide a second wireless service when proximate to a second device that is not associated therewith, absent any special access code having been provided to any of the one or more auxiliary devices;
• wherein the first wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth protocol and an Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) Protocol;
• and
• wherein the second wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth Protocol.

A method comprising:

• providing a first wireless service by using one or more auxiliary devices that is/are associated with a first device and is/are proximate to the first device, responsive to one or more unique identities having been provided, respectively, to said one or more auxiliary devices;
• and
• providing a second wireless service by using the one or more auxiliary devices when the one or more auxiliary devices is/are proximate to a second device that is not associated therewith, absent any special access code having been provided to any of the one or more auxiliary devices;
• wherein the first wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth protocol and an Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) Protocol;
• and
• wherein the second wireless service is based upon a Bluetooth Protocol.
