Total property intelligence system

A system, comprising:

• one or more non-transitory storage mediums configured to provide stored code segments, the one or more non-transitory storage mediums coupled to one or more processors, each configured to execute the code segments and causing the one or more processors to:
• receive onboarding information from a plurality of monitoring service providers, the onboarding information comprising credentialing information demonstrating qualifications of each monitoring service provider to provide a surveillance monitoring service;
• credential the plurality of monitoring service providers based on the credentialing information;
• receive a selection from a user for one or more selected monitoring service providers from the plurality of monitoring service providers to provide the surveillance monitoring service;
• define a subscription period for each of the selected monitoring service providers;
• generate a public key infrastructure (PKI) certificate for each of the selected monitoring service providers based on the length of the subscription period for the selected monitoring service providers, wherein the PKI certificate is valid for the duration of the subscription period;
• transmit encrypted surveillance data to the selected monitoring service providers the surveillance data comprising security camera streams and sensor data associated with mapped physical locations, wherein the PKI certificate allows each selected monitoring service provider to decrypt the surveillance data using the PKI-certificate to provide the surveillance monitoring service.
