Positioning reference signal generation method and device, base station, and readable storage medium

A positioning reference signal (PRS) generation apparatus, comprising:

• a processor and a memory storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, are configured to:
• allocate a time-frequency resource to a PRS, wherein the time-frequency resource comprises at least two consecutive symbols;
• and
• according to generation information of the PRS and the time-frequency resource, take the at least two consecutive symbols as a combined PRS symbol to generate the PRS, which is consecutive in a time domain, based on a preset generation mode,
• wherein to allocate a time-frequency resource to a PRS comprises:
• in one slot, allocating the time-frequency resource to the PRS according to a total number of resources in the one slot, a resource allocation condition of at least one channel in the one slot, and a priority of the at least one channel.
