Abstract
An apparatus includes a power-providing connector port configured to be directly coupled to an external device without an intervening cable or an adapter connected between the apparatus and the external device. An internal battery is coupled to the power-providing connector port and configured to provide power via the power-providing connector port to the external device.

An apparatus comprising:
- a power-providing connector port configured to be directly coupled to an external device without an intervening cable or an adapter connected between the apparatus and the external device;
- and
- an internal battery coupled to the power-providing connector port and wherein the internal battery is configured to provide power via the power-providing connector port to the external device.
