Battery casing for accommodating at least one battery component in a battery casing volume, wherein the battery casing has

• at least one battery casing shell made of plastic and at least partially defining the battery casing volume, and
• at least one fastening device for fastening the battery component to the battery casing shell,
• wherein the battery casing is characterized by the following features:
• the battery casing shell has at least one reinforcing structure that is connected to a floor of the battery casing shell;
• the fastening device is supported on the reinforcing structure;
• the fastening device has at least one fastening element for fastening the at least one battery component to the fastening device, wherein the fastening device has an accommodation recess in which the at least one reinforcing structure is accommodated;
• and
• wherein the at least one reinforcing structure is designed as a double web which extends along a longitudinal extent (L) of the battery casing shell, the reinforcing structure formed as a projection in the floor of the battery casing shell.
