A compound represented by the following formula (1): wherein R101 to R103, each independently, are a C1-C6 organic group, optionally contain at least one selected from the group consisting of a hetero atom and an unsaturated bond, and are optionally linear, branched, or cyclic. Also disclosed is an electrolyte solution containing the compound, an electrochemical device containing the electrolyte solution, a lithium ion secondary battery containing the electrolyte solution and a module including the electrochemical device or the lithium ion secondary battery.
