Abstract
A roll-slide display device includes a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame which configure an outer periphery, a flexible display unit which includes a first area coupled to the first frame, a second area coupled to the third frame, and a third area located between the first area and the second area, and a magnet provided in the second frame, in which the flexible display unit includes a display panel and a magnetic sheet disposed on a rear surface of the display panel and the first frame slides to the left and right with respect to the second frame to implement a default state and an extended state.
Claims19
A slidable display device, comprising:
- a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame that define an outer periphery;
- a flexible display which includes a first portion coupled to the first frame, a second portion coupled to the third frame, and a third portion located between the first portion and the second portion, wherein the flexible display further includes:
- a display panel;
- a roller located on an end portion of the second frame;
- a support frame configured to support the display panel on a rear surface of the display panel;
- and
- a first adhesive film disposed between the display panel and the support frame,
- wherein the support frame includes an opening pattern in an area overlapping the roller, and
- wherein the first frame is configured to slide with respect to the second frame to implement a default state and an extended state of the flexible display, respectively.
