An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to transmembrane 4 L6 family member 5 (TM4SF5), comprising:
- a heavy chain variable domain comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 7, which comprises HCDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 9;
- HCDR2 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10;
- and HCDR3 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 3;
- and
- a light chain variable domain comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 8, which comprises LCDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
