Abstract
A medical imaging system includes a collimator having a plurality of collimator parts configured to filter radiation emitted from a target object; a detector base; and a detector having a plurality of detector tiles, configured to acquire an image of the target object by detecting radiation that has passed through the plurality of collimator parts, wherein at least one of the plurality of detector tiles is tilted with respect to the detector base.

A medical imaging system, comprising:
- a collimator having a plurality of collimator parts configured to filter radiation emitted from a target object;
- a detector base;
- and
- a detector having a plurality of detector tiles, configured to acquire an image of the target object by detecting radiation that has passed through the plurality of collimator parts, wherein at least one of the plurality of detector tiles is tilted with respect to the detector base.
