The present invention provides an inbred corn line designated HID3768, IID5385, KFX5360, KID7244, LFF6371, LFF7869, or MIJ7209, methods for producing a corn plant by crossing plants of the inbred line HID3768, IID5385, KFX5360, KID7244, LFF6371, LFF7869, or MIJ7209 with plants of another corn plant. The invention further encompasses all parts of inbred corn line HID3768, IID5385, KFX5360, KID7244, LFF6371, LFF7869, or MIJ7209, including culturable cells. Additionally provided herein are methods for introducing transgenes into inbred corn line HID3768, IID5385, KFX5360, KID7244, LFF6371, LFF7869, or MIJ7209, and plants produced according to these methods.
A seed of maize variety LFF7869, wherein representative seed of said maize variety LFF7869 has been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-127677.
A plant of maize variety LFF7869, wherein representative seed of said maize variety LFF7869 has been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-127677.
A maize plant having all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of maize variety LFF7869 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-127677 and further comprising an additional trait, wherein the additional trait is selected from the group consisting of water stress resistance, waxy starch, male sterility or restoration of male fertility, modified carbohydrate metabolism, modified protein metabolism, modified fatty acid metabolism, altered starch, thermotolerant amylase, herbicide resistance, insect resistance, nematode resistance, bacterial disease resistance, fungal disease resistance, and viral disease resistance.
A converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell of maize variety LFF7869, representative seed of the maize variety LFF7869 having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-127677, wherein the converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell comprises a locus conversion, and wherein the plant or a plant grown from the converted seed, plant part or plant cell comprises the locus conversion and otherwise comprises the physiological and morphological characteristics of maize variety LFF7869 when grown under the same environmental conditions.
A process of introducing an additional trait into maize plant LFF7869 comprising:
A method of producing a maize plant derived from the maize variety LFF7869, the method comprising the steps of:
