Information processing apparatus, video distribution system, information processing method, and recording medium

An information processing method performed by a computer and comprising:

• acquiring a video material;
• acquiring a generation condition from a creator in order to generate a digest video;
• generating structural information indicating a structure of the digest video which is generated from the video material based on the generation condition, and storing the generated structural information and attached information concerning the creator in a database;
• and
• acquiring, upon receiving a request for the structural information indicating at least a portion of the attached information, the structural information corresponding to the portion of the attached information from the database, and sending the acquired structural information to a request originator.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program, the program causing a computer to perform a process comprising:

• acquiring a video material;
• acquiring a generation condition from a creator in order to generate a digest video;
• generating structural information indicating a structure of the digest video which is generated from the video material based on the generation condition, and storing the generated structural information and attached information concerning the creator in a database;
• and
• acquiring, upon receiving a request for the structural information indicating at least a portion of the attached information, the structural information corresponding to the portion of the attached information from the database, and sending the acquired structural information to a request originator.
